Safety & Integrity
Your Accounts
We are the Puget Sound branch office for Securities Service Network, Inc., an independent financial services firm, offering diversified and comprehensive products and services for over twenty years that can help you pursue your individual objectives for the future.
As an "Introducing Firm," SSN clears through one of the nation's largest, oldest and most respected clearing firms - Pershing, LLC. Pershing has purchased additional insurance so clients holding assets in Pershing accounts have unlimited protection against loss of securities.*
Pershing accounts are established to hold client positions, (i.e. stocks, bonds, mutual funds), outside the fee-based Scofield Modeling System.
* This account protection applies to the securities and cash held in custody by Pershing for their accounts, up to the net asset value of their accounts. Of this total, the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC) provides $500,000 of coverage, including $100,000 for claims for cash ("SIPC Protections"). See www.sipc.org for additional information of SIPC Protection. The remaining coverage is provided by Pershing through a commercial insurer ("Excess Protection"). The account protection applies when an SIPC member firm fails financially and is unable to meet obligations to securities clients, but it does not protect against losses from the rise and fall in the market value of investments. Excess Protection may be reduced or eliminated without notice to you.
